Abstract
Citrus Commerce Park is a new logistics warehouse complex that provides over 1.8 million square feet of high-cube warehouse/distribution uses and a soccer park in Fontana, California.
Designed by Thienes Engineering, the development required significant hydromodification due to the substantial increase in impervious surface. Six storm chamber beds were designed under parking/traffic areas in between the warehouse buildings in order to maximize land usage on the project site.
S&S Douglas installed over 1,500 HydroStor HS 180 chambers in 8 working days providing nearly 300,000 cubic feet for storage.
