I focus on being an easy, reliable resource they can turn to for answers, solutions, and support. My goal is to communicate clearly and be responsive, helping customers save time and feel confident in the decisions they’re making.
Career & life experiences that make me better at my job:
I graduated from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls with a degree in Marketing and had the opportunity to compete as a collegiate athlete. That experience helped shape my work ethic, discipline, and team-first mindset. Working with people from all walks of life taught me the importance of building trust and strong relationships. I believe life and business are both about treating others the way you would want to be treated, and I carry that mindset into my role every day.
