Nothing is more rewarding to me than working through a challenge and finding a positive outcome for everyone involved. Those moments are often where trust is truly built, so I always strive to go above and beyond to support our customers and prioritize their needs.

Career & life experiences that make me better at my job:

One of the most formative experiences in my life was participating in a men’s Christian discipleship ministry that emphasized rejecting passivity, accepting responsibility, leading courageously, and investing eternally. For a year and a half, we met Monday through Saturday in the early mornings. That level of commitment taught me the value of consistency, discipline, and perseverance. It also reinforced the importance of showing up and doing the right thing even when situations become difficult— principles that continue to shape how I approach my work and relationships today.
