Career and life experiences that make me better at my job:
Over the course of nine years in the agricultural market and then twenty-three years in the onsite wastewater industry, I’ve been a warehouse manager, plant manager, operations manager, and sales manager. I understand how products are received, shipped, manufactured, and sold. I’ve spent many hours on the job site and know the ins and outs of installing product. I’ve met with farmers, engineers, regulators, developers, contractors, and homeowners. My career path has prepared me for my role as regional sales manager to ultimately provide a better experience for our customers.
Ways I enjoy helping customers:
Bringing solutions to customers and adding value to their business are top priorities for me. I believe it is imperative to treat customers with the utmost RESPECT and to LISTEN to their needs.
