Cong Nguyen

I bring a mix of private consulting and public-sector stormwater experience to my role. I spent five years working at private civil engineering firms where I worked on a variety of residential and commercial developments, including single-family homes, apartment complexes, and manufactured home communities. I also spent two years with the City of Des Moines, WA, where I managed capital improvement projects, conducted plan reviews, and worked directly with stormwater management requirements. This combined experience helps me understand projects from multiple perspectives and provide practical solutions for customers.
