Career & life experiences that make me better at my job:

Working in the tile yard and then in the office prior to becoming a salesman helped me gain a broad understanding of the business. I also learned respect for good solid customer service by growing up in a rural small town, working for farmers and providing lawn care/snow removal services as a kid.
